Food
Children will have their packed lunch from home at 10:15am.
A hot meal will be provided by us in the afternoon between 12-1pm. We have a catering company “moon and spoon” who supply us with the food and we cook it on site fresh every day. Further information to be found on Moon & Spoon here https://moonandspoon.com/

We will have a rotating dinner menu for the beginning until we establish what meals the children like and dislike. There are many options of dishes to choose from.

Children will have a snack between 4-5pm. This snack will consist of various different options at the beginning until we figure out what the children like. Some examples will be, rice cakes, crackers, with various toppings with a side of different fruits and vegetables or sandwiches, rice pudding, etc.
Curriculum
In line with Ireland’s national curriculum framework, Aistear and Síolta, aim to promote an active hands-on learning experience for each child. We believe that children learn best through play and real-life experiences. We aim to deliver an action-packed curriculum for your children. Our weekly curriculum planning stems from the children’s needs and interests. We believe that a child-led, interest-based curriculum results in the children having rich, interesting learning experiences
