At Phoenix Childcare, our greatest strength is our team. We are proud to have a dedicated, experienced and caring group of Educators who are committed to providing a safe, nurturing and engaging environment for every child in our care.
Our educators are passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences through play. They support children’s social, emotional, physical and cognitive development, helping each child to grow in confidence, independence and wellbeing.
Qualified and Experienced
All of our team members hold relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Care and Education, in line with Tusla requirements. Many of our educators bring years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of child development, supporting children at every stage of their early learning journey.
Continuous Professional Development
We place a strong emphasis on ongoing training and continuous professional development. Our team regularly participates in courses and workshops to ensure we are always delivering the highest standards of care and education in line with current best practice and national frameworks such as Aistear and Síolta.
A Consistent & Supportive Team
We understand the importance of consistency for young children. Our team works closely together to create a calm, stable and supportive environment where children feel secure and valued.
Garda Vetted & Safety Focused
All staff members are Garda vetted, trained in child safeguarding, and follow strict policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child in our service.

Our team values strong, respectful relationships with families. We encourage open communication and work in partnership with parents to support each child’s individual needs and development.
